Last year it was Confidence. I needed a truckload of that. This year I've chosen Strength. I need a truckload of that too. I will focus on gaining strength, in body, mind and heart. <br /><br />I like that quote and wish you well. Happiness can be so elusive when all we want to do is curl up in a ball and cry. <br /><br />For me I feel it's getting out, making friends, taking courses. I've been isolated (except for family) too long.
